The services we offer at this time are:

Assembly and putting into service
The assembly and working, is an extension of the repairing. . The staff who participates in the repairing is the same who participates in the assembly and putting into service.


Maintenance and repairing in their place
There are some failures that can be repaired in their place, like false contacts in the several points of the alive part, faults or damages in burners and pasamuros; in measurement and control accessories, pumps and ventilators, inadequate connections to earth, painting and leak corrections, etc


Tests to Transformers and to the oil, including an analysis and results interpretation
The tests are not just measurements made to the transformer and or oil, it is a real predictable maintenance process, especially if they are made recurrently or if we have the antecedents of previous tests.
It is not just the absolute values observed, but the tendency, in the way that it can make a diagnosis of the state and the possible faults in the future.


Oils recondition
The immersed transformers in oil have two types of insulations: liquid and solid, these last are the ones that determine the life of the transformer, the liquid insulations like the oil for the transformers or some other insulating liquids with special characteristics of temperature support, are the vehicle for the caring of the solid insulations, the humidity and the oxygen that attack them, it can be controlled by keeping the oil in good conditions.


Thermography
The hot points in the interior of the tank can be reflected and detected through a thermography that with other tests, they help us to detect hot points, if they are not corrected on time, they can cause some catastrophic faults.


Gases Chromategraphy
A very valuable tool, it is the analysis of dissolved gases in the oil, through a chromategraphy.
This test consists of taking a sample of oils through a very careful procedure, later, in a chromatographer, it is determined the content of dissolved gases in that oil sample.

Diagnosis of the state and of faults.
With a testing battery, visual inspections and integral analysis of results, we can give a diagnosis of the transformer state and the recommendations to prevent the catastrophic faults.
We can also make an analysis of faults in the place, to know the cause-root and correct it in order to avoid that fault.
